    This study aims to analyze the concept of the contract that adopted in Takaful. The contract must conform with fatwa DSN (National Sharia Council) No. 21 of the Takaful. According this fatwa Takaful consists of two contract, the tijarah contract and tabarru’ contract. The both contracts are analyzed with a Hadith that forbid the double contract in one transaction. The method used in this study with the conceptual approach (library research) to examine the theory of the jurists' of the various schools. This research is expected to provide a clear understanding of the interpretation of the legal text that sharih to muamalah and to avoid the mistakes that plunged astray against contemporary transactions

    Digital Trail Awareness in Islamic Perspective

    Abstract: The growing popularity of the internet has a significant impact on people's attitudes. The Covid-19 pandemic has accelerated a cultural, ethical, and normative change in people's behavior. The potential for social change resulting from the emergence or advancement of information and technology is significant. The rise of social media, which has now become a common form of communication, is unavoidable. Digital communication through a variety of websites to obtain information will leave digital traces. The concept of a digital trail certainly reaffirms what has previously been written in Al-Qur'an, Surah Yasin: 65. This verse is relevant to digital multi-hop tracks that outline human actions and behavior to the swipe of their fingers. The verse is translated through the use of a digital trail that is connected to internet access. This library research study uses the source triangulation method to analyse exploratory qualitative content. The study's findings indicate a correlation between the digital trail and Surah Yasin 65, demonstrating that current digital technology proves that the Qur'an's nash or verses are consistent with the unquestionable assumption of human rationality. It also emphasizes the importance of being cautious and responsible when using digital platforms.Abstrak: Tren peningkatan penggunaan internet memberikan pengaruh besar terhadap perilaku masyarakat. Pandemi Covid-19 mengakselerasi pergeseran pola perilaku masyarakat baik dari segi budaya etika maupun norma yang ada. Potensi terjadinya perubahan sosial sebagai konsekuensi lahir atau berkembangnya teknologi informasi sangat besar. Kemunculan media sosial yang kini sudah menjadi hal yang umum dalam berkomunikasi memang tak dapat dihindarkan lagi. Jalur komunikasi di era digital yang melalui berbagai proses untuk mendapatkan informasi akan meninggalkan jejak-jejak digital atau digital footprint. Potret jejak digital ini tentunya menegaskan kembali apa yang telah dituliskan dalam Al Quran pada surah Yasin ayat 65. Ayat ini memiliki relevansi dengan jejak hop digital menguraikan perbuatan dan perilaku manusia dari sentuhan jari. Ayat tersebut diterjemahkan dengan footprint digital yang terhubung dalam sebuah jaringan internet. Studi ini merupakan library research dengan  pendekatan kualitatif explanatif dalam bentuk konten analisis dengan metode tringalasi sumber. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi digital footprint dengan Surah Yasin 65 di mana teknologi digital saat ini menjadi bukti bahwa nash yang termuat dalam Alquran sesuai dengan asumsi rasionalitas manusia yang tidak memiliki keraguan di dalamnya.     This study aims to determine the background or consideration of the distribution of revolving productive zakat in the form of machine and boat rickshaws and to analyze the causes of the dismissal of revolving productive zakat transfers in the Baitul Mal City of Banda Aceh. This type of qualitative research, data validity techniques using triangulation method, then using descriptive analysis. As for the background or consideration of the distribution of productive zakat in the form of machine rickshaws, that is first, the machine rickshaw is one of the transportation needed by the community after the tsunami, secondly, mustahik requires a lot of machine rickshaws to run its business and thirdly, the becak driver is easily run by mustahik. Then the distribution of aid in the form of a boat to help mustahik who live in coastal areas and work in the ocean. The cause of the dismissal of productive zakat distribution is first, problematic financing or bad financing.     This study aims to determine the contribution of gampong funds in the development of BUMG Amarabu, Simeulue Cut District, Simeulue Regency and the role of BUMG in the economic development of the community in Amarabu. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Informants consisted of geuchik, village officials, community leaders, BUMG administrators and the community. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the contribution of gampong funds in the development of BUMG, Simeulue Cut District, Simeulue Regency includes increasing the income of the BUMG itself through community economic efforts so that Gampong-Owned Enterprises are always active in carrying out their activities in Gampong Amarabu. The role of Gampong-Owned Enterprises in the economic development of the community in Amarabu, Simeulue Cut District, Simeulue Regency includes supporting the strengthening of community business activities in collaborating with various parties who have potential in the field of improving the Amarabu community's business. Accommodating and fostering the community in business activities so that it becomes a source of income that is able to foster motivation and innovation in the business world.     The existence of Mobile Banking has a positive impact on the user because it drives transactions easier. This study aimed to specify the effect of feature availability and risk perception on customers' wishes to use Mobile Banking at BSI KCP Ulee Kareng. This study utilizes a quantitative research method with a purposive sampling technique in the form of distributing 65 questionnaires to the BSI KCP Ulee Kareng customers and utilizing multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results show that the availability of features partially has an effect, while the other, risk perception, does not affect customers' wishes. However, the availability of features and risk perceptions simultaneously affect customers' wishes to use Mobile Banking.     This study aims at determining the intensity of Locus of Control, Employee Relations, Salaries and religiosity influence on the performance of employees at PT. Bank Mandiri Syariah CFBC Medan. The population involved in this study were the employees of PT. Bank Mandiri Syariah CFBC Medan which amounted to 65 respondents. Data collection technique was complished by spreading the questionnaire to 65 respondents which comprised of 19 items for everyone and it was divided into 3 independent variables and a dependent variable. Furthermore, the interview was held to whom that was considered important in completing the research data, then all documentations study in the form of research object literature as well as direct observation were conducted to directly find out the activities of respondents. In the F statistical analysis, the locus of control, employees relations, and religiosity were simultaneously led to a positive effect in improving the performance of PT.     ANALISIS PENERAPAN BAURAN PEMASARAN (MARKETING MIX) BERBASIS SYARIAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN MINAT BELI KONSUMEN PADA PRODUK NOZY JUICE DI KOTA BANDA ACEH

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan bauran pemasaran berbasis syariah pada home industry Nozy Juice dan untuk mengetahui  pengaruh bauran pemasaran berbasis syariah pada home industry Nozy juice terhadap peningkatan minat beli konsumen.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian mixed methods. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Nozy Juice di seluruh kota Banda Aceh.  Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 80 responden dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling.    Hasil dari data yang diperolah dari lapangan melalui  hasil wawancara, selanjutnya diolah dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Sedangkan hasil penelitian kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel bauran pemasaran berbasis syariah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen.  Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai F hitung sebesar 13.047 dengan probabilitas signifikan 0,000.  Sedangkan secara parsial keempat variabel independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen.  Hal ini dibuktikan, variabel produk – rabbaniyyah dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 3,924 dan probabilitas signifikansi 0,000.  Variabel harga – akhlaqiyyah dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 2,046 dan probabilitas signifikansi 0,044.  Variabel tempat – al-waqi’iyyah dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 2,060 dan probabilitas signifikansi 0,033.  Variabel promosi – al-insaniyyah dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 2,928 dan probabilitas signifikansi 0,005.  Berdasarkan uji R2 pengaruh yang diberikan oleh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 64,8% sedangkan sisanya 35,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model. Keywords: Bauran Pemasaran Berbasis Syariah, Home Industry, Minat beli Konsume

    HUBUNGAN ANTARA GRATITUDE DENGAN KETERIKATAN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN PT. BANK ACEH SYARIAH CABANG JANTHO

    This study was conducted to determine the relationship between gratitude and work engagement on employees of PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Jantho Branch. The study used a quantitative approach based on primary data (through a questionnaire) with a total sample of 42 employees of PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Jantho Branch with saturation sampling technique. Data analysis using Pearson Correlation test. The results showed that the relationship between the variables of gratitude and work engagement showed a positive and strong direction as seen from the correlation value of r 0.762 and there was a significant relationship between gratitude and work attachment to employees, with a significance value of p 0.00 < 0.01, the higher the gratitude possessed employees the higher their work engagement will be.     Mobile banking services answer all the needs of customers in digital transactions, but also have problems with the lack of service features offered, so that they are not in line with customer expectations. The purpose of this study is to reveal the effect of mobile banking service quality on customer satisfaction at Bank Aceh Syariah in Kuta Alam District. This study uses a quantitative approach. The results showed that the quality of mobile banking services had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, based on the coefficient of determination (R2) test, it was obtained at 0.400 which means that the variable (X) of service quality can partially explain the relationship with the customer satisfaction variable (Y) by 40% and the remaining 60%. , explained by other variables not explained in this study.
